About this template

This is a client proposal built as a single web page instead of a PDF. It opens with a short summary of the engagement, lists the services on offer as a set of options the reader can tick on and off, and keeps a running total at the bottom that updates the moment a box changes. There is a section for scope and assumptions, a timeline, and a closing note with next steps.

Who it is for. Freelancers, consultants and small agencies who send proposals with optional line items — a strategy session, a design phase, a retainer — and are tired of the "can you re-send it without the second phase?" email. Because the reader configures the proposal themselves, one link covers every combination.

What you change. The text is plain HTML with clearly labelled sections, so you replace the introduction, the service names, the prices and the timeline with your own. Each service is one block; copy a block to add a service, delete one to remove it. The total is calculated in a few lines of JavaScript at the end of the file — nothing to configure.

Why host it rather than attach it. A proposal sent as a link can be updated after it's sent (fix a typo, adjust a price) without a new attachment, opens properly on a phone, and can be password-protected so only the client sees it. You can also see it exactly as the client will before you send it.

How to use the interactive proposal template

  1. 1

    Press “Use this template”

A copy of the interactive proposal is made for you — the whole page — inside our storage. Nothing downloads, nothing to unzip.

  2. 2

    Pick an address

Your copy lives at a name you choose on 99helpers.site, for example my-proposal.99helpers.site. If it's free, it's yours. Add a password here if the page is for a select few.

  3. 3

    Publish, then make it yours

It's live in seconds. Open it, save the page to your computer, change the words, and drop the file back in at the same address — the link never changes, and every earlier version is kept.

Questions about this template

Can I add my own services and prices?
Yes. Each service is a block of HTML with a name, a description and a price attribute. Copy a block to add one, change the numbers, and the total picks it up automatically.
Can the client see other clients' proposals?
No. Each copy lives at its own address, and you can add a password so only the person you send the link to can open it.
Is the interactive proposal template free?
Yes. Copying it, giving it an address and sharing the link costs nothing. You create an account at the moment you publish — that's the only step that needs one.
Do I keep the copy if the template changes later?
Yes. Your copy is independent from the moment it's made. If we improve the template afterwards, your page stays exactly as you published it until you change it yourself.
How do I edit the page after publishing?
Open your copy, save it (a single HTML file), edit it in any text editor, and publish it again to the same address. The old version is kept, so you can put it back in a click.
Can I use my own domain?
Your copy gets an address on 99helpers.site. That's a short, permanent link you can put anywhere. If you need it on your own domain, publish the files there with any static host — the template is plain HTML and has no dependency on us.
Can I make it private?
Yes. Set a password when you publish and visitors are asked for it before they see anything. Protected pages are also kept out of search results.
What are the AI features?
Once a page is live you can add a help bot that answers visitors' questions from its content, a searchable help centre, or a feedback form — without touching the page itself. They're optional and switched on from your dashboard.
