About this template

A one-page portfolio for people whose work is best explained as case studies. It opens with a name, a one-sentence positioning statement and two short status lines (availability and location), then moves into a "Selected work" section where each project is told the same way: the problem, what you did, and the outcome. Below that sit an "About" section with room for a photo, a "What I work with" grid, a short "Recognition" list and a contact block. A toggle in the top-right switches between a light and a dark theme.

Who it is for. Product designers, developers, writers, consultants — anyone who wants a portfolio that reads like a set of results rather than a gallery of images. The structure suits work that is hard to screenshot: a redesigned intake flow, a migration, a research programme.

What you change. The example is filled with placeholder projects for a fictional designer called Jane Doe. Replace the name and the positioning line, then rewrite each case study block with your own problem / action / outcome. The skills grid and the recognition list are plain lists. All of it is one HTML file with the styles at the top, so the accent colour and typeface are a couple of edits.

Why host it. A portfolio is the link you send most often. Here it lives at your own address, loads instantly, and can be updated by dropping the file in again — no build step and nothing to redeploy. Turn on the AI features later to let visitors ask questions about your work directly on the page.

  2. 2

    Pick an address

Your copy lives at a name you choose on 99helpers.site, for example my-portfolio.99helpers.site. If it's free, it's yours. Add a password here if the page is for a select few.

It's live in seconds. Open it, save the page to your computer, change the words, and drop the file back in at the same address — the link never changes, and every earlier version is kept.

Questions about this template

Can I add images to the case studies?
Yes. Each case study is a block of HTML; drop an image tag into it and publish the page together with the image files as a folder.
How do I change the colours?
The colours are CSS variables at the top of the file. Change the accent value once and every button, link and highlight follows.
Is the portfolio one-pager template free?
Yes. Copying it, giving it an address and sharing the link costs nothing. You create an account at the moment you publish — that's the only step that needs one.
Do I keep the copy if the template changes later?
Yes. Your copy is independent from the moment it's made. If we improve the template afterwards, your page stays exactly as you published it until you change it yourself.
How do I edit the page after publishing?
Open your copy, save it (a single HTML file), edit it in any text editor, and publish it again to the same address. The old version is kept, so you can put it back in a click.
Can I use my own domain?
Your copy gets an address on 99helpers.site. That's a short, permanent link you can put anywhere. If you need it on your own domain, publish the files there with any static host — the template is plain HTML and has no dependency on us.
Can I make it private?
Yes. Set a password when you publish and visitors are asked for it before they see anything. Protected pages are also kept out of search results.
What are the AI features?
Once a page is live you can add a help bot that answers visitors' questions from its content, a searchable help centre, or a feedback form — without touching the page itself. They're optional and switched on from your dashboard.
