About this template
A complete website for a restaurant with a story to tell. It opens on deep sea blue with the name set large in a fine serif, a line about the food, and a warm setting sun over the water. Underneath, the page runs the way a guest thinks: who you are, what you cook, why people come back, and how to book.
The sample restaurant is Maré Alta, a modern Portuguese seafood kitchen in Lisbon. Our story tells the chef's history with a quote and three numbers (seats, harbours, wines). The menu has tabs for starters, mains, desserts and drinks, with prices, short descriptions, signature dishes marked, and filters for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free that hide what doesn't match. Experience and Reviews give the reasons to visit and what guests say. Visit has the address, a map and the opening hours, with today's row highlighted and a live "open now / opens tomorrow at 12:30" status in the header. The booking form only offers dates you're open and times inside your seatings, checks every field and confirms the booking on the page.
Who it is for. Restaurants, bistros, wine bars and cafés that want a site that feels like the room — seafood or not. Change the colours and the copy and it works just as well for a trattoria or a neighbourhood grill.
What you change. It is one HTML file. Search it for "REPLACE" to find every placeholder: address, phone, map, social links, the canonical address and the social sharing image. Opening hours and seatings are a small block in the script, and the menu is plain HTML, one dish per block. The photo spaces are marked with the size each photo should be. Search engines get structured data describing the restaurant, which you update along with the details. Or ask the AI editor to make the changes for you.
Good to know. The booking form is a front end: it shows the guest a confirmation but doesn't send the booking anywhere yet. Connect it to your booking system, or swap the button for a link to the booking service you already use.

- How do I put in my own details?
