How 99helpers compares to other hosts
99helpers puts a file, a page or a whole static website online at an address you choose, with no Git to learn and no build to configure. The table below sets it against nine other hosts, feature by feature, and says plainly where they do more.

Why 99helpers
Built for sharing what you make
No host leads on every row. These are the parts 99helpers is built around.
Any file, not just websites
Over 200 file types are handled properly. PDFs and images open in the browser, Word, Excel and archives download as they should, and a whole static site works the same way.
The same link through every change
Publish again to the same address and the link keeps working. Every site keeps its last 20 versions on every plan, including the free one, so a bad upload is one click from undone.
The extras are built in
Forms that collect submissions without a backend, a blog for your site and visitor statistics come with the free plan. Paid plans add password protection, custom domains and QR codes with your logo.
Publish straight from your AI
Connect Claude and other AI apps through the MCP server and they publish and update your sites for you. On paid plans, describe a change and AI edits the live site at the same link.

What to check before you pick a host
Weigh these against who will publish the site and what it has to do once it's live.
Who publishes the site
If someone outside the development team keeps it current, a drag-and-drop host lets them publish from a browser tab. Teams that review every change in a pull request get more from GitHub Pages, Cloudflare Pages or Render.
Is it a website, or a file?
Most static hosts are built for websites. If what you need to share is a PDF, a spreadsheet or a deck, check that the host treats it as a first-class file and that it opens in the browser rather than downloading.
What the free plan really allows
Free plans differ in kind, not only in limits. Vercel's Hobby plan is for non-commercial use, Static.app offers a 7-day trial, and the drag-and-drop previews from Cloudflare, Netlify and Vercel disappear within an hour unless claimed.
What happens when you update it
A link you've already sent should keep working. Check whether a new upload replaces the old one at the same address, and whether you can get the previous version back if the new one is wrong.
How private pages work
A shared password suits a client preview: one link, one password. Sign-in systems such as Cloudflare Access work differently, with each visitor proving who they are, which fits a staff-only site better.
What's built in
Forms, analytics, a blog and QR codes are either part of the host or something you add yourself with scripts and other services. Count what you'd have to bolt on before comparing plans.
Builds and server code
A finished HTML site needs no build step. React or Next.js projects do, and Vercel, Netlify and Cloudflare will run that build for you. Hosts like 99helpers and Tiiny Host expect the built files.
AI and automation
If an AI app or a script will publish for you, look for a publishing API and an MCP server, and check which plans include them. On several hosts, including this one, they're part of the paid plans.
Frequently asked questions
Which hosting alternatives are worth considering?
It depends on the job. For sharing a file or a finished page quickly, 99helpers, Tiiny Host and Static.app are built for that. For a site that lives in a Git repository, GitHub Pages, Cloudflare Pages and Render publish from it directly. For framework projects with builds and server code, Netlify and Vercel do the most. Hostinger suits a long-running site with WordPress or its AI Builder, on a paid plan.
Can I host a website without Git?
Yes. 99helpers, Tiiny Host, Static.app, Netlify Drop, Vercel Drop, Cloudflare Drop and Cloudflare Pages' direct upload all let you drag a folder or a .zip into the browser. GitHub Pages and Render are built around a Git repository.
Which hosts let me publish without an account?
Netlify Drop, Vercel Drop and Cloudflare Drop publish without an account, but the site is removed after about an hour unless you claim it into an account. 99helpers asks for a free account at the moment you publish, so the link is yours to update or delete later.
Which hosts can share a PDF or a document as a link?
99helpers, Tiiny Host and Static.app treat documents as files to share, not just as parts of a website. On 99helpers a PDF opens in the browser at an address like your-name.99helpers.site, and you can replace it later without changing the link.
Which hosts have AI features?
99helpers can build a site from a description on the Pro plan and edit a live site when you describe the change on paid plans. Tiiny Host, Netlify and Hostinger's AI Builder also create sites from a prompt, and Vercel does it through v0. GitHub Pages, Render and Cloudflare Pages don't have a built-in site builder.
Can AI apps like Claude publish to these hosts?
Several hosts run an MCP server that AI apps can connect to: 99helpers, Tiiny Host, Static.app, Netlify, Vercel, Render and Hostinger. On 99helpers, Claude and other MCP apps can publish, update and remove your sites and blog posts. It's part of the paid plans.
Is 99helpers free?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 active project, uploads up to 10 MB, 5,000 visits a month, 10 form submissions a month and a blog with 3 posts, with no time limit. Paid plans add more projects and space, custom domains, password protection, the API and the MCP server, and start with a 7-day free trial.
