About this template
A link-in-bio page for a coach that doubles as a small website. It moves sideways like a race: six stages — Start, Lanes, Method, Programs, Splits and Finish — each marked in metres along a track at the bottom, with a stopwatch running in the header and a heart rate that climbs the more you move. Use the arrow keys, the track markers or a swipe to move between them.
Start introduces you, your specialisms and your numbers, with a bezel badge and a live "spots open" meter for your next block. Lanes is the link list: an assessment, your coaching app, Instagram, YouTube, Strava and a newsletter, each with a line on what it's for. Method explains how you train people, with a four-phase block and a heart-rate zone chart. Programs sets out three offers with prices and what's included. Splits shows results — headline percentages, a 5K progression chart and a table of athletes' before and after times. Finish is the call to action, with your email to copy and when you reply.
Who it is for. Running, triathlon, strength and sport coaches, personal trainers and physios who need more than a list of links but less than a full website. The layout suits any service with a method, a price list and results to show.
What you change. It is one HTML file with each stage in its own clearly labelled section, so text, links, prices and results are plain HTML. The zone chart and the 5K chart read from short lists in the script. The demo figures are marked as illustrative — replace them with your own.

- Can I change the six stages?
- Yes. Each stage is its own labelled section in the HTML. Edit the text, links, prices and results directly; the track at the bottom builds itself from the sections.
- How do I update the charts?
- The heart-rate zones and the 5K progression chart are drawn from two short lists in the script. Change the numbers and the charts redraw.
- Does it work on phones?
- Yes. On a phone the stages swipe sideways and the track at the bottom stays in reach of your thumb.
