About this template
A clear, modern website for a small bed & breakfast, built to look finished before you have taken a single photo. The design leans on type, soft colour and a subtle paper grid, with a headline set in a friendly serif and a booking card beside it.
The sample B&B is Alder & Wren, a five-room guesthouse in a restored mill house. Under the headline sit the facts guests look for first: the price from, check-in, check-out and breakfast times, and who runs the house. Check availability is a three-step card: choose dates and guests, pick from the rooms that fit, add your details, and get a request reference. A strip lists what is included. Rooms and prices shows the five rooms with their floor, bed, size, bathroom and view, with filters for three guests, step-free access, dogs and a solo rate. Breakfast describes the cooked breakfast and its times. Good to know answers the common questions. Getting here has a drawn map of the lanes around the house, and Contact a message form. On phones, a booking bar stays at the bottom of the screen.
Who it is for. B&Bs, guesthouses and holiday lets that want a site up quickly, before or instead of a photo shoot, and anyone who likes a calm, typographic look.

- Do I need photos?
- No. The design is built from type, colour and a drawn map, so it looks complete without pictures. When you have photos, ask the AI editor to add them.
- Do availability requests reach me?

- Can I change the map?
