About this template
A full website for a small inn, with a page for each thing guests want to look at. The home page opens on a slideshow of the valley at golden hour, a quick booking bar and the reasons to book direct, then walks through the rooms, the breakfast, the experiences, what guests say and how to find you.
The sample inn is Casa Alondra, a six-room bed & breakfast among the vines in Sonoma, California, with its own photos throughout. Rooms & rates lists every room with a photo carousel, bed, size, view and weekday and weekend prices, sorts them, compares them side by side in a table, and sets out the policies in plain English. Breakfast & experiences has the week's breakfast menu in tabs by day, the evening wine hour, the hosts' story, extras such as picnics and e-bikes, and a filterable guide to the area. Gallery is a filterable photo gallery with a full-screen lightbox. Book your stay has a calendar that shows which nights are free, a room picker, optional extras, a running quote with taxes, and a guest details form.
Who it is for. Bed & breakfasts, inns, guesthouses and small hotels with enough to say to fill a few pages, and photos to show.
What you change. The rooms, prices, extras and breakfast menu are kept in one data file (assets/data.js), so a price change is one line and every page updates. The rest of the text is plain HTML across the five pages, and the photos are in the img folder. Or ask the AI editor to make the changes for you.
Good to know. The booking page is a demonstration: the availability is sample data and the guest sees a confirmation, but nothing is sent yet. Connect it to your booking system, replace the form with a link to the booking service you use, or ask the AI editor to turn it into a 99helpers form so each request reaches your dashboard.

Questions about this template
- Where do I change rooms and prices?
- In assets/data.js. Each room has its name, bed, size, view, weekday and weekend price, photos and amenities, and every page reads from that one file.
- Does the booking page take real bookings?
- Not yet. The calendar uses sample availability and the guest sees a confirmation without anything being sent. Connect it to your booking system, link to the booking service you use, or ask the AI editor to send the requests to your 99helpers dashboard as a form.
- Can I use it for a hotel with more rooms?
- Yes. Add rooms to the data file and they appear on the rooms page, the comparison table and the booking page.
- Is the casa alondra bed & breakfast website template free?
