What it is

About AskVerb

AskVerb (Verb, in the product) gives a SaaS product its own AI agent. Users type what they want in plain words, like “give Priya the same access as Jamie, minus production”, and the agent does it in their account, as them, using only the actions the founder has allowed.

It reads the user's real data first, so the answer fits them rather than a help article. Before it edits or deletes anything, the user sees exactly what will happen and confirms, and every action is logged under their name. It never sees users' logins: no passwords, sessions or cookies of its own.

Setup is a script tag and a plain-English description of what the agent may do. Or let a coding agent do it over MCP: it creates the site, writes the description and takes it live. You start with a test key that only works on your own computer, against development data.

Who it helps

Made for

SaaS founders with real users

Products deep enough that people get stuck: multi-step setups, dense settings, features nobody finds.

Teams answering “how do I…” emails

Users get the task done by asking, instead of reading an article about it.

Founders who want to see where users struggle

Every request is logged, so you learn exactly what people try to do, in their own words.

Developers who'd rather not build an agent

No rewrite or new service to run, and it works with whatever the product is built in.

What it does

The main things

01

It finishes the task

Including requests that span several screens and exceptions, not just answers.

02

Nothing changes without a yes

Users confirm every edit or delete, and the log carries their name.

03

Only what you allow

The agent can never do more than the person asking could already do themselves.

04

Set up by your coding agent

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients can install and configure it in minutes.

05

Test on your own computer first

A localhost-only key against development data, until you decide to go live.

06

Works with any stack

It runs in the page your users already have open: Next.js, Rails, Django, Laravel, Shopify, WordPress and more.

Pricing

What it costs

Never priced per seat, and no charge for actions.

Free while launching

SaaS, apps, websites, side projects: if independent makers or a small team built it and people can use it, we'd like to feature it.
