WEBVTT - English captions for sample-720p-h264-aac.mp4

NOTE 1. The header. A WebVTT file must start with the word WEBVTT,
optionally after a byte order mark. Text after a space on the same
line is ignored. Free sample WebVTT file from
99helpers.com/file-types/vtt, encoded as UTF-8, as WebVTT requires.

NOTE 2. A cue. An optional identifier (here "intro"), the timing
line, then one or more lines of text, ended by a blank line.
Timestamps use a full stop before the milliseconds, not a comma.

NOTE 3. Cue settings. "line:60%" puts the top of each cue at 60%
of the picture height. Without it, captions sit at the bottom and
would cover the label band burned into this video.
